About Us

Integrated Care for Whole-Person Health

At Psychiatry and Primary Care, we practice a collaborative model of care founded on a fundamental principle: mental and physical health are inseparable. Our team of board-certified psychiatry providers and primary care providers works in unison under one roof, providing a seamless treatment experience that addresses all aspects of your well-being.

Our Founders' Vision

The partnership of Erica Teles and Kelvin Karanja was formed through their shared experience in a multidisciplinary clinic serving a diverse population. Witnessing the critical gap between physical and mental healthcare, they founded Psychiatry and Primary Care to create a practice where integrated, whole-person treatment is the standard, not the exception.
